Retro TRI TWIST
A lot going on here... PLEASE READ The tires are all matching but they have the lugs trimmed in different ways. Two have the corner lugs trimmed, then the other two have every other lug cut. Two of the tires have inserts. I "THINK" these are injora wheels with a 3d printed face thing (the twist part).
