Trey,
It was great meeting you and Tyler in person today at Key City Hobby. Attached are the pics of my SCX24 build for the Budget Build Competition.
It started as a SCX24 PowerWagon and I kept the drivetrain, front lower links, custom bent and cut the chassis rails, and also used the ProLine impulse Bead-Loc wheels that came stock. I also grabbed a couple other pieces from other Scx24s. This includes the body from a C10, and the front half of the interior of a Gladiator.
As for the $150 in parts here is a table of the big parts which totals $133.88:
I HAD TO REMOVE THE PARTS LIST BREAKDOWN IT WAS IN A TABLE THAT WASNT FUNCTIONING WELL WITH MY WEBSITE -yep
For the DIY Parts, The parts totaled $10.88 to the best of my knowledge as shown here:
For the 3 allowable printed 3d parts, I designed and printed the left and right sliders and the front body/shock mount.
Even if this isn't a selected one for you to test out , I wanted to thank you for the challenge. Also, I hope to run into you again at Key City Hobby and if we do, feel free to take anyo of my trucks for a spin.
