Hello Trey, here is our submission to the budget build. We are very proud of our build, it may not be the best crawler on rocks, but it is for sure very creative and cool to look at.

Chassis: The rails were cut out of vintage LEGO buildplate. The braces are made from random LEGO pieces too. One of a kind 3d printed skid/sliders, printed to be 1 piece with SUP BOYS on                 top and 24Yep and LEGO on the bottom.
Axles: Front: Meus V2 Iso with lexan slider glued on.
Rear: Stock axle with lexan slider glued on.
Drivetrain: Stock transmission with stock brushed motor. Stock front driveshaft. Modified length stock rear driveshaft, it was lengthened using part of another stock driveshaft.
Links: Rear links are made from multiple stock links that are screwed and glued together to achieve longer length. Upper fronts are made from stock links. Lower fronts are handmade from        brass and resemble Nerd RC lowers.
Electronics: PTK servo with plastic horn. Meus brushed esc. Spektrum receiver. 3s lipo battery.
Body: 3d printed Robskii TrailRat Cage, random LEGO pieces used as body panels along with other random LEGO pieces for decoration.
Wheels: Wheel faces were designed by Kevin and cut out by RC Wheel Shop, wheel barrels are made from 1-1/4" pvc pipe, the hubs were molded using JB Weld, window tint to add some                      color. Stock tires are mounted on these beautiful wheels.

The only thing we specifically purchased for this project were the wheel faces, everything else we already had, repurposed or made.

ORE24 RC: Randy Bennett and Kevin LaMotte.
